Cashback percentages usually apply to a defined eligible loss, not deposits and not the highest wallet balance. Reconstruct the period from settled wagering and then apply exclusions, cap and credit type.
Record the start and end time with timezone. A daily promotion may use operator time rather than the player's local midnight.
Exclude transactions outside that exact window even if the banking statement posts later.
Add settled eligible stakes and subtract settled eligible returns under the promotion's stated formula. Remove void rounds, excluded games and stakes funded by ineligible credit.
Deposits and withdrawals describe cash movement but do not directly measure gambling loss.
Multiply the qualifying loss by the cashback percentage, then apply the maximum award. For example, 10% of A$120 is A$12 before any cap.
Check whether the award is cash, bonus credit or free spins, because withdrawal conditions change its practical value.
Save the opt-in confirmation, qualifying period, account tier and calculation. Ask whether the issue is eligibility, calculation, credit, activation or expiry.
That stage-based question is more useful than simply saying cashback is missing.
